Each grade level assessment kit has 6 Reading Strategies Cards, 2 at each readability L-O/22-34 for Grade 3, P-R, 38-40 for Grade 4. In visually diverse texts – each kit has 6 Locating and Using Information cards, 2 at each readability level L-O/22-34 for Grade 3, P-R/38-40 for Grade 4. Grade 5 available in spring 2008. Each kit teaches how to write nonfiction texts by text type: recount, report, explanation, procedure and argument.
